The National Grand Theater is located by The Great Hall of the People with an area of 120 thousand square meters. The total investment for the national Grand Theater is 340 million USD. It will be usable before the end of 2007 as one of the best theatre in the world. The venue of FISM WCM 2009 is planned to be there and thus will become the best convention venue in the history of FISM. The main construction is composed by an outer protection structure, an inner opera house, a concert hall, a theater, a public hall and their matching houses. There are 5473 seats in total, including a 2,416-seat opera house, a 2,017-seat concert hall and a 1,040-seat theater. A man-made lake with an area of up to 35,500 square meters will surround the main building of the National Grand Theater. The north entrance is an 80-metre-long corridor under water, while the south entrance and other passages are all under water. There is a cultural leisure square with a large scale of grassland around the man-made lake. The north entrance to the National Grand Theater is connected with subway station Tiananmen West and an underground parking area is available to 1000 cars and 1500 bicycles. Spectators enter the Grand Theater by the underwater corridor. Along the corridor an artistic exhibition, shops and other services are situated. The flat roof of the opera house is a big lobby; the flat roof of the concert hall holds a book and audio data lobby; the flat roof of the theater is the news and press house. Each hall has it dressing rooms, rest rooms, practicing rooms, waiting space for performers, quick-change rooms, costume tidying and ironing rooms, prop rooms, and lounges. Stage technical rooms include audio controlling rooms, lighting controlling rooms, dimmer equipment rooms, audio equipment rooms and camera machine rooms. Inside the Grand Theater, there are five rehearsal halls that could be used as dealers rooms.
8uY$h{2t.Oz2I9} The National Grand Theater is located in the center of downtown Beijing, traffic convenient. Near the Theater, along the Changan Avenue and subway line there are numerous five-star, four-star and three-star hotels that could be chosen as residence for the convention attendees.

FzX8J [/td][/tr][tr][td][table=98%][tr][td] [/td][td][table=98%][tr][td][table=98%][tr][td=1,1,557]中国国家大剧院毗邻人民大会堂，占地约12万平方米，总投资3.4亿多美元,拟于2007年年底前开始投入使用,是世界上最好的剧场之一。2009年北京世界魔术大会的会场拟安排在这里，这将是FISM史上最好的会议地点。主体建筑由外部围护结构和内部歌剧院、戏剧场、音乐厅和公共大厅及配套用房组成。总座位数5473，其中包括歌剧院席位2416，戏剧院席位1040，音乐厅席位2017。主体建筑外环绕人工湖，湖面面积达35500平方米，北侧主入口为80米长的水下长廊，南侧入口和其它通道也均设在水下。人工湖四周为大片绿地组成的文化休闲广场。国家大剧院北入口与地铁天安门西站相连，并有能容纳1000辆机动车和1500辆自行车的地下停车场。观众通过水下长廊进入大剧院。水下长廊的两边设有艺术展示、商店等服务场所。在歌剧院的屋顶平台设有大休息厅，在音乐厅的屋顶平台设有图书和音像资料厅，在戏剧场屋顶平台设有新闻发布厅。各剧院都设有化妆间、指挥休息间、练琴房、演员候场区、换装间、服装整烫间、道具间、演员休息厅。舞台技术用房设有音响控制室、灯光控制室、调光器设备间、音响设备室、摄像机房等。 大剧院共有五个排练厅，可用于道具展销。国家大剧院位于北京市区中心，交通方便，周边、地铁沿线、长安街上有多个五星、四星、三星级饭店，可供参会者住宿。
