- R; s6 I, N) S- `+ [First of all, if you intend to join FISM 2009 as a competitor, you would have to obtain the nomination from FISM ring leader, that is to say, you need approval and referral for joining FISM competition, and then, you would have to submit a video of your act to the FISM committee, they will decide whether or not your act has meet the FISM standard. These regulations are to control the quality of comepetitors.
